Die-cut stickers produced by aladdinprintphil, you can create a various shapes of stickers such as rectangle, square, circle, oval, half circle and heart, also we have assorted paper stocks with specific materials for the Die-cut sticker to produce printing which are Gloss Coated, Matte Coated Uncoated, Extra Sticky (strong adhesive), Silver PET, Clear, Yupo and Brown Kraft.

Gloss Coated Sticker
Gloss Coated Stickers are supplied Kiss-die-cut and coated glossy. They are highly durable, tear resistant and waterproof with laminated on the surface. Gloss Coated stickers are commonly used packaging, product labels, luxury food packaging, and cosmetic packaging.

Matte Coated Sticker
Matt Coated Stickers are supplied Kiss-die-cut and coated matt finish. They are highly durable, tear resistant and waterproof with coating. Matt Coated Stickers make frequent use of luxury branding label, business stickers and paper bags due to features of a subdued color and soft texture.

Extra Sticky Sticker
Extra Sticky Stickers has a very strong adhesion which is about 2~5 times more adhesive compared to normal stickers. Due to its powerful adhesion, it is very strong against moist. Silver PET Sticker
Silver sticker is great for both indoor and outdoor use. It is resilient against tearing and rain. It adheres to electronic goods or machines due to its metal-like feel, and is a great substitution for aluminum sticker. Brown Kraft Sticker
Brown Kraft Stickers are an environmentally friendly sticker option that's perfect for any business looking to achieve a homemade or antiqued design. As with any Kraft card stock, it's best to avoid yellow, brown and pastel tones to prevent your design from looking faded or washed out. Also, please keep in mind there is no white ink in CMYK offset printing, so anything left white on your design will not print as white, revealing the cardstock underneath.

How to prepare your files to order Die-cut stickers?
For best results, please follow our guidelines when you are uploading your own artwork.
Not following the any of these requirements would be the reasons why unexpected errors are occurring, and Aladdinprintphil.com has no responsibility for that.
1. ARTWORK DIMENSIONS
Please use our templates of stickers to avoid file size error. If you may use custom size, you create a new file with the same dimensions(Trim Size) as your sticker, and you should add a document size with 5mm bleed on each side.
Minimum and Maximum Size
To order Aladdinprintphil's Die-cut Sticker, we only accept the trim size which is minimum of 10mm(0.39") to maximum of 290mm(11.42").

Document Size (Bleed Size) - Blue line
Artwork that reaches the trim line needs to extend to the edge of the blue line.
Your size + 5mm on each side / Resolution 300 dpi
Trim size (Final size after being cut) - Red line
This is where your artwork will be trimmed. (Finished size ordered)

You should give us your artwork and "CUTTING DOCUMENT" together as a bottom image to print your Die-cut sticker.
2. BLEED SETUP
It is very difficult to print exactly to the edge of a sheet of paper and card, to achieve this it is necessary to print a slightly larger area than is needed and then trim the paper and card down to the required finished size. Images, background images and fills which are intended to extend to the edge of the page must be extended beyond the trim line to give a bleed.

If your artwork has background color or pattern, the background must be bigger than your artwork (trim) size.
Bleeds to order our Die-cut Stickers basically are 3mm from where the cut is to be made.

3. SAFE AREA
You will want to make sure all text and graphics that are not intended to be cut off are within the safe zone. The safe zone is an area that is a safe distance away from the trim line where the cut will take place. Text and graphics within the safe zone are guaranteed to not be cut off.
Especially, printing stickers are slight slipped out of the trim area, so you need to consider it when you work your artwork to print as stickers.
When stickers is processing for printing, some stickers can be slight slipped out of the trim area, so we strongly recommend that your artwork should have enough bleed area for safe zone to avoid cutting your text or image.
Text and graphics should be at least 3 mm from the trim line(cut line).

2. COLORS (CMYK VS RGB)
All files must be created in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black). Images in RGB or in PANTONE colors which must be converted to CMYK.
Aladdinprintphil does not guarantee color will match the preview on customer's monitor, as we cannot compensate for the color variance on each customer's monitor set-up.
The color you see in your monitor is in RGB Color scheme which consists of three colors; Red, Green and Blue. These are the primary colors of light, which computer monitors use to display images on your screen.
The color to be printed on your business card is in CMYK color scheme, which consists of four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. In full-color process printing, CMYK is the standard method of offset printing.
Therefore, the printed color will never perfectly match the on-screen color. Colors vary from monitor to monitor, and different printers produce different color results.

3. RESOLUTION
The optimal resolution for the print files is 300 dpi.
Please note that if your image or text is a lower dpi, converting it in a design program to 300 dpi won't actually increase the resolution, you will want to make sure that the actual image or graphic was originally created at 300 dpi.
4. FONTS AND PATHS
Fonts should be embedded into the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt. The minimum printable line weight is 0.25 pt.
How to Convert fonts to outlines in Adobe Illustrator
A. Select all the text (Control + A)
B. Click Type Menu > Type > Create Outlines

5. MARGINS AND BLEED
Download the template from the website: the required bleed of 2 mm on each side will already be correctly set up. Text should be at least 3 mm from the cut line. For plastic business cards with rounded corners, the radius of curvature of the corner is 3 mm.
6. EFFECT
Effects for gradient, transparency and shadow must be converted rasterize or bitmap.

7. SPOT COLORS
Most designers like to work with spot colors. But in many cases, these artworks need to be printed using CMYK inks, an extra "dedicated" ink for the spot color is more expensive.
8. DEEP BLACK
Every company has their own recipe for a nice black. But a black that carries too much ink can be a problem for some printing methods. A black that's too heavy can cause web breaks on a web press and marking or set off.
9. REGISTRATION & CROP MARKS
You must delete all unnecessary guidelines / crop marks / registration marks / empty font object.
10. LOCKED OBJECTS
You must unlock all objects.

Turnaround Time - Die-cut Stickers
Turnaround time is the processing time that the product you ordered takes until it is completely manufactured.
There are 1-2 shipping days for you to receive your product finally.

Each paper stock in our Die-cut sticker is printed on a specific day, which means you should check the date of each product is released to get your product fast.
If you place an order 2 - 3 days before based on these date of each paper stock, you can get your product sooner.

EXAMPLE (Case of Pick-up) :
If you order a Die-cut sticker with Matte Coated on Thusrday or in the morning on Friday and your artwork is perfect to print, your product will be released on Monday or Tuesday in Korea, then the product will be in our office on Tuesday or Wednesday.
If you order a Die-cut sticker with Matte Coated on Monday or in the morning on Tuesday and your artwork is perfect to print, your product will be released on Monday or Tuesday in Korea, then the product will be also in our office on Tuesday or Wednesday.
On the other hand, if you order a Die-cut sticker with Matte Coated in the afternoon on Tuesday or on Wednesrday, your product will be released on Monday or Tuesday in Korea.
So if you want to receive your Die-cut sticker with Matte Coated after the afternoon on Thursday, the fastest date will be to order the product with perfect file(artwork) to print before in the morning on Tuesday.
